HOMMACARE was set up by a small team of clinicians and technologists who watched too many families struggle to arrange safe post-discharge care on their own — chasing equipment vendors, agency nurses and doctors separately, often at 2 a.m.
We built HOMMACARE as the single call a family needs to make: one coordinator, one clinical protocol, one team covering equipment, nursing, physiotherapy and doctor consultations — all supervised by a 24/7 command centre.
Today, that same promise has supported over 1,000 families across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Chandigarh and Punjab.
